Venerable Thupten Lekshe (Ivan Milton)
B.B.Sc, M. Psych, MAPS – Professional Biography
Thupten Lekshe has studied Tibetan Buddhism intensively for over 30 years. He was ordained in 2000 by Chogye Trichen Rinpoche and has continued to practice as a monk in the West since that time.
Alongside his practice as a Buddhist, Thupten Lekshe has continued to study and train as a clinical psychologist in the Western scientific tradition. He has worked as a therapist and mental health clinician in a variety of fields including psychiatry, tertiary education and private practice. He has developed extensive experience in teaching, supervision and mental health consultation across all disciplines.
